AmiJazz means “Ayiti Mizik Jazz”. The musical group was founded on June 17, 2021 by Yves Frantz Casséus in quartet format, with Marven Jean on piano, Gabriel Simon on bass, Lucolson Alexis on saxophone, and Yves Frantz Casséus on drums as maestro. AmiJazz is a group that explores several musical trends such as Kreyol Jazz, Traditional Jazz, and a mixture of other styles. It is both instrumental and vocal, depending on the show.
