AFTER-HOURS – Shoomy (Haiti)

A young Haitian singer with remarkable soprano timbre, Shoomy has gradually emerged on the local music scene. After making a name for herself as a Digicel Star finalist in 2010, she joined a few years later the all-female group Artiz. She has done multiple concerts in Haiti and also performed in the Dominican Republic, Côte d’Ivoire and Canada. Wishing to embark on a solo career, she illuminated for a whole year the Cabaret Night stage at Le Villate thanks to her bubbly personality. Passionate artist, Shoomy likes to interact with her audience during her performances. This PAPJAZZ 13th edition will give you the opportunity to discover this beautiful artist during an after-hour at Café 36.
