Damien Schmitt trio is a high level jazz proposal, a jazz fusion that brings together the great French drummer Damien Schmitt, musician acclaimed for his superior drumming technique and intelligence, who has played with musicians such as Alain Caron, Jean-Luc Ponty, Hadrien Ferraud or Bireli Lagrène, and was until January 2022 the drummer of the show N’oubliez pas les paroles ! on France 2, Oscar Pizarro, pianist, keyboardist and exceptional composer from Chile, who belongs to the generation of musicians who arrived on the jazz scene in 2010 and has collaborated with several national and international artists such as Angel Parra, Agustin Moya or Quintino Cinalli, and finally, Christian Galvez, directly linked to the generation of electric bassists of the post-Pastorius era, and recognized as one of the best bassists in all of Latin America for his amazing virtuosity and musicality on his 6-string bass.
