Ingrid Beaujean brings back her roots through jazz music

Composer and singer, Ingrid Beaujean belongs to the new generation of contemporary Mexican jazz. She began her career at an early age by joining the band Big Band Jazz. Then she puts up the band “Beaujean Project” with her twin sister. She regurlaly participate in festivals for represent Mexico in several cities throughout the United States, in Finland, in France, in Spain, in Costa Rica and in China. She has collaborated on more than twenty albums, with well-known artists like Magos Herrera and Armando Manzanero. Her first solo album, “Cuento” was nominated for the Indie-O Music Awards in the category “best jazz album 2016”.

The PAPJAZZ is looking forward to welcoming this great talent from Mexico at its 12th edition.
