Frank Salis, talented Swiss organist and composer performed at the 12th edition of the PAPJAZZ with his project H3O. He is back this year with Michael Watson, trombonist and American singer who is part of the new wave of musicians of New Orleans. They met in 2017 at Jazz Ascona in Switzerland where they collaborated on a special project by presenting several unpublished pieces composed by Frank Salis on texts written by Michael Watson. During the fall of 2017 the two musicians gathered in New Orleans to record these new compositions. The album Frank Salis meets Michael Watson is a vibrant declaration of love for soul and jazz.
