14 year old singer Wisie has a voice that deserves to be heard. At the age of 9, she is discovered by Mr Ricky Castellan who quickly became her mentor and vocal coach, this allowed her to grow very fast. The PAPJAZZ will be the perfect opportunity to introduce this young voice to the festival’s loyal audience.
