A renowned flamenco jazz artist at the PAPJAZZ

Harmonist of jazz and Spanish classical music, Antonio Serrano began learning the harmonica at the age of 7 and quickly developed a unique technique that allows him to easily switch from classical to Flamenco, Jazz and Pop. He has collaborated with well-known Jazz musicians such as Toots Thielemans, Winton Marsalis, Jerry Gonzalez, Chano Dominguez (PAPJAZZ 2016) and Javier Colina (PAPJAZZ 2018) and with countless classical orchestras in Europe. Antonio Serrano won the Mediterranean Masters in Flamenco Jazz Award in 2014, another from the Berklee Mediterranean Music Institute and the Grammy Latino for his participation in the recording of Paco de Lucía’ Entre 20 aguas and is considered one of the most gifted musicians from Spain. He is also working on his solo career and has recorded five albums so far.
