SMS KREYOL, a band promoting Kreyol Jazz
SMS Kreyol is a band composed of 4 musicians which was born within workshops given by Claude Carre in 2015. They officially launched their career at the PAPJAZZ in 2016. Three years later, SMS Kreyol is one of the bands promoting Jazz music in Haiti. The band showcases Ricardo Lafond on the saxophone, Edlin Olivier on the drums, Nathanael Cineus on the Keyboard, Steve Cineus on the bass and vocals as well as their guest musician Mark Harold Pierre on percussions. SMS Kreyol which brings diversity of Kreyol jazz to the fore also had the opportunity to participate in an exhibit in Kazakhstan in 2017.
We are delighted to welcome them once again at PAPJAZZ.
