‍In January 2027, PAPJAZZ Festival Haiti will celebrate its 20th anniversary.
To mark this milestone, Fondation Haïti Jazz invites Haitian creators—including graphic designers, illustrators, painters, photographers, digital artists and visual artists, both in Haiti and across the diaspora—to imagine the official visual identity for this special anniversary edition.

Inspired by the theme:
"20 Years of Jazz from Every Corner of the World, in Every Colour"
we invite you to let your creativity flow and submit an original artwork that captures the spirit of PAPJAZZ: cultural exchange, diversity, dialogue, creativity, sharing, and the celebration of twenty years of music.

We are looking for a strong visual concept that will serve as the official identity of the festival's 20th edition. Festival information (dates, programme, partners, etc.) will be added later by Fondation Haïti Jazz when producing the various communication materials.

Selected Artist
The selected artist will receive:
- A USD 1,000 fee
- A feature in the festival's official brochure and press release
- The opportunity to have their artwork become the official visual identity of PAPJAZZ Festival Haiti 2027.

Eligibility & Submission Guidelines
- This call is open to Haitian creators living in Haiti or abroad.
- One submission per participant.
- All submitted works must be original and free of any third-party rights.
- Proposals must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Haiti time) by email only to: info@papjazzhaiti.org

- a brief presentation of your artistic practice
- your proposed visual

Technical Specifications
- The artwork must be presented in vertical format.
- Submit a high-quality JPEG or PNG file (recommended maximum size: 10 MB).
- If selected, the artist will be asked to provide the original editable source file (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent software) to allow the artwork to be adapted for the festival's various communication materials.
- All submitted work must be entirely your own and created without the use of AI tools.

Selection Process
The selected proposal will be chosen by the management of Fondation Haïti Jazz.
Fondation Haïti Jazz reserves the right not to select any submission if none sufficiently meets the artistic vision for this anniversary edition.
By participating, applicants acknowledge that, should their proposal be selected, the terms governing the use and adaptation of the artwork for PAPJAZZ communications will be established in agreement with Fondation Haïti Jazz.
